How it works

In the Check Out, click "Free Click & Collect" and fill in your name and phone number.

3. Select Your Store

Pop your location in and select your desired store to pick up from.

4. Lock It In

Add your faves to your shopping cart

5. Collect Your Order!

We will notify you by email once your order is ready to be collected.

Head in store and present your confirmation email to collect your order.

Frequently Asked Questions

When can I collect my order?

We'll send you a notification email when your item is ready for collection. If you order today, your item will be ready for collection the following day.

I Haven't Received My Order Confirmation?

If you don't receive your notification email within 48 hours of making your order, please contact our friendly customer service team on 1800 810 031, Mon-Friday 9am - 5pm AEST or click here to submit an online query.

Why can't I select my nearest store?

All Click & Collect orders are picked from store stock and not from our distribution centres. This is to ensure the quickest turn around time as possible between placing your order and picking it up. If your local store does not show as available when placing your order, this means that the items are not available in store and will need to be ordered online and shipped from our DC.

Can I change or cancel my Click & Collect order?

If you change your mind, or need to reschedule, please contact our friendly customer service team on 1800 810 031, Mon-Friday 9am - 5pm AEST or click here to submit an online query.

What If I don't Pick It Up In Time?

All Click & Collect items will be held for up to ten days if we don't hear from you otherwise. After this period, orders will be cancelled and refunded to the original method of purchase. If you are unable to pick up within that period, please contact the store directly.

I Received A Message Saying That It Was Collected But I Haven't Collected it Yet?

Occasionally, you may receive a notification saying that your order has been collected when it hasn't. This just means that the team member packing your order has gotten excited and pressed the "Ready For Pick Up" button one too many times and this has marked your order as collected. Our Team will never hand your order over to someone without the order confirmation email. If this happens and you are concerned, please contact the store directly or our friendly customer service team on 1800 810 031, Mon-Friday 9am - 5pm AEST or click here to submit an online query.

Can Someone Else Pick Up My Order?

We understand that life gets busy - and we're happy for someone else to collect your order on your behalf. Your nominee is required to supply a copy of your notification email with the QR code, and their identification at the time of collection.

Is there anything else I need to know?

Please note personalisation, gift cards and gift boxes are not available for Click & Collect orders. You are more than welcome to purchase a gift card or gift box once you are in store to pick up your order.

Shop your way! Order online and collect from your local store. It’s easy, just follow these easy steps :

Fall in love with a style and, on the product page, add it to your online Shopping Cart.

STEP 2. SELECT CLICK & COLLECT

From the delivery options available select Click & Collect and choose your preferred collection store.

Step 2, Select click and collect in the checkout


STEP 3. WAIT TO HEAR FROM US

After we receive your order, we will dispatch from our Sydney warehouse to your nominated store. When your order has arrived you will receive an email/SMS message telling you your order is ready to collect.

Step 3, Wait to here from us

STEP 4. COLLECT IN STORE

Bring your photo ID and a copy of your email or SMS to collect your items. It’s as simple as that!

Terms & Conditions

The Click and Collect service is currently only available to Customers located within the Australia and New Zealand.
All Click and Collect orders are fulfilled by the Bras N Things warehouse in Sydney and delivered to Stores.

Orders will generally be available for collection within 5 – 10 Business days depending on the collection location and time/date order was created online. In peak trading periods or where item/s in your Order are not available and need to be sourced from another fulfillment location, this may result in delays in fulfillment. Bras N Things will notify you of the delays and discuss alternative arrangements.

Click and Collect orders are covered by the Bras N Things Returns Policy; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in stores or by sending to our warehouse. Bras N Things will issue you with a full refund upon proof of purchase, you must provide a printed copy of the order confirmation for the purchased item (this is emailed to you after you complete checkout online).

Click and Collect Orders must be collected within 21 days from the date you are notified by email that your Order is ready for collection. If your Order is not collected within this time, the Bras N Things store has the right to allocate those goods to another Customer and refund you.

When collecting your goods at the Click and Collect store, you are required to supply a copy of your Collection Notification email or SMS and photo identification. If you are not personally available to collect the goods, you may appoint a representative. The representative is required to supply a copy of your Collection Notification email with unique Pick up Code (printed or on their smart phone) and photo identification at the time of collection. You agree that we will be entitled to rely on the representative's instructions as if they were your own.
