Online orders are shipped from our warehouse in Truganina, Australia where possible. In some cases, depending on stock, orders may be sourced and shipped from one of our stores.

More Delivery Information

Australia

All orders are shipped with AusPost Standard Delivery or AusPost Express Delivery service.
A signature is not required by the receiver of the goods for delivery within Australia unless otherwise stated. In the event that there is no one at the residence to accept the delivery, our couriers will either leave your order in a safe, secure location at your delivery address or if the driver believes there is no safe and secure location; the order will be taken to your closest Post Office to be collected by you at a later date. A delivery card with instructions will be left in your letterbox.

New Zealand

Orders are shipped with DHL standard delivery and Aramex. Deliveries to New Zealand currently do not require a signature.
All orders are shipped with DHL initially and some orders will be passed onto Aramex to complete the delivery. In the event that there is no one at the residence to accept the delivery, our couriers will either leave your order in a safe, secure location at your delivery address, or if the driver believes there is no safe and secure location the order will be taken back to the depot or a third-party courier whichever applies to your location for collection.

If your package has been passed onto a third-party service to complete the delivery, you will find your secondary tracking number in the Details section under Shipment Tracking. Your new order number will begin with FW and can be tracked here
