Recruitment Process
At Bras N Things, we are passionate about finding individuals who possess qualities that embrace our Culture!
Our recruitment process can consist of 5 stages;
Stage 1.
Apply online at www.brasnthings.com/careers this includes completing an Online Application Form and submitting an updated resume.
If you would like the chance to stand out from the crowd and to show us your personality, you have the opportunity to create and submit a short video with this application. Simply introduce yourself and tell us:

iPhone and Android phone video files are supported, along with the webcam on your PC or laptop.
Please make your video no longer than 1 minute and ensure that it does not exceed more than 100MB. It also needs to be compatible with one of the following file types: WMV, FLV, MP4, MPG, MPEG, AVI, or MOV.
If you find that your video is an incompatible file type or is larger than the accepted size, please either re-record or compress the file by using a converting/compressing program. These programs are available free online or as a mobile app. Some examples to use are: 'Any Video Converter' (available online & free to download) or 'Video Compressor' (free app available on iphone).

Stage 2. Phone Interview
Stage 3. First & Second Interview
* A second interview will be dependent on the position applied.
Stage 4. Reference Checks
Stage 5. Offer of Employment
Ideally our whole Recruitment process should not take longer than two weeks.

These applications are kept on file & if a suitable position arises you may be contacted by one of our team. *Please note if you submit an Expression of Interest Application, you will only be contacted if you are found suitable. There is no time frame for contact when submitting this application
Can I apply in-store?
All our recruitment is done through our site. We do not accept applications in store.

All of our models are selected through model and talent agencies, so our best tip would be to look into a reputable agency in your area.
